Energia Limited operates the Ebendo/Obodeti Marginal Field (OML 56) in joint-venture with OPDC — delivering safe, responsible oil production since first oil in 2009.
With a 55 % working interest and operator status, Energia has raised production capacity and continues drilling to maximise resources in the field.
The Ebendo/Obodeti field produces light sweet crude and condensate, enabling efficient refining and export opportunities in Nigeria’s energy value chain.
Beyond operations, Energia invests in social development — including medical outreach programmes for local host-communities in Ndokwa West LGA, Delta State.

Ebendo–Umusadege Crude Export Pipeline
Energia completed the construction of an 8.5 km, 6-inch crude export pipeline, connecting the Ebendo Flowstation to the Umusadege Group Gathering Facility, operated by Midwestern Oil & Gas.
This key infrastructure enables efficient crude evacuation via two major export terminals:
Commissioning of 25 MMSCFD Gas Processing Plant
In collaboration with Xenergi Oilfield Services Limited, Energia commissioned a 25 million standard cubic feet per day (25 MMSCFD) Gas Processing Plant, strategically located next to our 10,000 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) crude oil processing facility at the Ebendo Field.
This plant plays a pivotal role in:
52km, 12-inch Crude Oil Pipeline to Trans-Forcados
Energia, in partnership with Midwestern Oil and Gas, constructed a 12-inch, 52-kilometre crude oil pipeline from the Umusadege Group Gathering Facility to Eriemu, with a tie-in to the SPDC-operated Trans-Forcados Pipeline.
Energia and its Joint Venture partner, Oando, hold a 25% equity stake in this major evacuation infrastructure. The pipeline provides increased flexibility and reliability for transporting crude to international markets.

Located adjacent to the Energia Ebendo Flow Station, the NEDO Gas Plant is a key infrastructure asset focused on sustainable gas utilization. Commissioned in 2011, the modular plant was developed to process associated gas produced from crude oil extraction within OML 58, operated by Energia/Cando Joint Venture. This facility is jointly owned by Energia Limited and Xanergi, with a 30%/70% ownership split in favor of Xanergi, who also serves as the plant operator.
Energia and its partners are advancing plans to significantly expand the plant’s capabilities. The next phase of development includes:
Capacity Upgrade:Increasing throughput to meet rising demand
Pipeline Construction:Connecting lean gas output to a nearby transmission line
CNG Plant Development:Establishing a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) plant to serve industrial and domestic markets
Independent Power Plant (IPP): Building a gas-fired power plant with planned integration into Nigeria's national electricity grid
Energia Limited is actively developing a Modular Refinery within its operational footprint in the Niger Delta. This strategic initiative is designed to ensure continuous upstream production and reduce dependency on export pipelines, which are frequently disrupted by militancy and insecurity in the region.
The Modular Refinery represents Energia’s commitment to energy self-sufficiency, infrastructure development, and aligning with Nigeria’s broader goals for domestic refining and reduced reliance on imported fuels. By investing in refining capacity at the modular level, Energia is advancing:
